Our History
In 2004, Wall Sensations founder Alan Gellman moved from upstate New York to Scottsdale, Arizona, where the beauty of his backyard landscaping was overshadowed by plain cinder block walls.
After repainting the walls four times with disappointing results, Alan envisioned something better: a vibrant outdoor mural that could withstand intense sun and harsh weather without fading.
He spent over five years testing and refining the product, evaluating durability, color retention, and performance. He even hosted focus groups to perfect the solution before bringing it to market.
What began as a personal experiment quickly grew into a business as word spread about the transformative power of Wall Sensations murals.
As demand grew, customers began requesting indoor wallpaper and mural solutions, expanding Wall Sensations into the full-service indoor and outdoor mural company it is today.
