Alan Gellman, President & CEO

Alan R. Gellman is a seasoned executive with deep expertise in sales, real estate development, and healthcare technology. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from American University, where he also served as captain of the NCAA Division I tennis team for three years.

Alan began his career in commercial real estate as a leasing representative for a national developer. He successfully managed national accounts such as Wal-Mart and K-Mart, playing a key role in leasing shopping centers across the Northeast and Midwest. He also led negotiations and sales of outlot parcels to major food chains including McDonald’s and Burger King. At Benchmark Development, Alan consistently ranked as a top producer, achieving million-dollar sales performance.

Entrepreneurial by nature, Alan went on to found Cardinal Pointe Communications, Inc., a company that developed and leased interactive healthcare kiosks to hospitals nationwide. The company was initially acquired by 3M Media, but Alan later reacquired it and has since expanded operations significantly. Today, Cardinal Pointe operates 70 Heart Check Center display units in over 32 states. As Vice President, Alan leads national sales initiatives and maintains strong relationships with healthcare marketing directors, CEOs, and CFOs across the country.

Alan is also the Founder and CEO of Wall Sensations, a company he launched in 2006. Wall Sensations creates and ships custom-sized murals throughout the continental U.S. and Canada, serving both residential and commercial clients. His leadership and entrepreneurial vision continue to drive the company’s growth and success. Across every venture, Alan brings a proven track record of innovation, strategic thinking, and results-driven leadership.

Julia Gellman, Vice President of Sales/ Business Development

Julia graduated with a BS in Integrated Business Management with a minor in Marketing as well as an MBA in Business Administration from Niagara University. She has worked as a Pandora sales representative for two years, maintaining the “highest seller” position in her field for both years. She has also interned for Occupational Safety and Environmental Associates (OSEA), an environmental, safety company based out of Orchard Park, NY as the Product Outreach and Growth Manager. She has been a part of Wall Sensations for a total of seven years, managing various sales and administrative assignments, starting with the company at the young age of 15. She is the eldest daughter of Wall Sensations’ owners, Alan and Traci Gellman. She currently serves as our Vice President of Sales and Business Development.

Lyle Dillie, Project Manager

Lyle Dillie has a natural knack for photography and loves bringing spaces to life with his work. He's teamed up with folks from all over to craft some truly stunning murals. With a touch of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator magic, Lyle creates images that just make homes feel special.

Maia Rose Landau, Co-Lead Designer

Maia's passion for all things creative has led to a diverse career in photography, art, and design. With a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Scientific Photography from Brooks Institute and additional studies at Northern Arizona University (NAU), she has developed a strong foundation in visual storytelling, composition, and technical expertise.

Always ready for the next assignment, adventure, or challenge, Maia has collaborated with renowned studios and brands, including Ted Morrison Studio, DePasquale + Maffini Photography, Vita Art Center, Theatre Artists Studio, and Wall Sensations. Her retouching work has been featured by Tom Ford Beauty, Interior Design Magazine, Victoria Beckham Beauty, Benefit Cosmetics, Chanel, and more.

Beyond commercial work, Maia’s photography has appeared in projects for The James Beard Foundation, The Institute for Culinary Education, Russell Crotty Art Studio, and numerous artists, musicians, and publications. She is currently base in Southern California, and always willing to travel for assignments.
